At Sloan Creek Dental we’re committed to our patients’ health and well-being. We’re always looking for ways to thank our current patients for introducing their friends and family members to our practice. If you have any family or friends in need of quality dental care, the patient who gives us the most referrals in the month of January will win $500 in dental treatment credit OR a BRAND NEW 43″ TV! How to win
To enter the referral contest, simply refer non-patient friends, coworkers, neighbors, and family members to Sloan Creek Dental. For each referral that makes an appointment, tells us that you referred him or her to us, and your name will be entered. The more referrals you send to Sloan Creek Dental, the higher the chance you will have with the most referrals.
Friends & Family Referral contest rules
– Contest will run from January 1st until January 31st. (Referral must start treatment by January 31st to be considered).
– $500 treatment credit cannot be redeemed for cash or be applied onto previous dental treatment.
– 43″ TV value up to $250.
– For each referral, both you and the person you refer will each receive $50 off any dental treatment.
