For a one-time annual fee, our low cost membership plan provides discounted fees for all of our treatment offerings across the board. The dental membership plan is instead a discount plan that offer savings on dental treatments to patients who join it. Patients who participate are responsible for paying the provider for services received.
All individuals, domestic partners, dependents, and family members may sign up. If you sign up for “Family,” all members of your immediate family currently living in your household can take advantage of the discounts (covers up to 2 adults and their dependent(s) up to the age of 13). Any new family members can also be signed up. If you sign up for “Individual” and want to sign up family members later on, you can simply upgrade your plan.
You may use the program as often as you wish. There are no limits on how often you and your family can use the discount on dental treatment as long as your membership is effective.
